I am so pleased with the service from one of the salespeople at Towbin Motorcars. I walked into their beautiful showroom and was greeted by David Jin. He spent a lot of time showing me the various cars in the lot and in the showroom, and unlike other dealerships I felt no pressure whatsoever. I had been on that same lot exactly 3 years ago when I initially met David. He made such an impression on me the first time I remembered him and was going to ask for him before he approached me, and also he actually remembered me. Flew out of state to checkout an AMG GT R at Towbin Motorcars.Guiherme Grilo was my sales person; he was on top of things from the get go and gave me plenty of confidence before I even flew in. Bee Xiong did an outstanding job explaining and allowing us to test drive the different models and makes at Towbin Motorcars. In our past experiences with many dealerships they are eager to get the sale without the time of getting to know the customer, but this was not the case with Bee, which is refreshing. From the time we arrived at the dealership in the morning to late afternoon the entire staff at Towbin welcomed us and spent the time necessary to make this buying decision transparent and straightforward. We flew into Las Vegas from out of town to decide on either a Bentley Coupe or an Aston Martin DB12, but in the end through Bee's guidance we test drove the new 2025 Aston Martin Vantage, which I would have never considered without Bee encouraging me. We will definitely be purchasing our sports cars from Bee and the staff at Towbin.

Great service and a good deal on a sweet car. I bought a Tesla from out of town, and Yliana was extremely helpful. I was able to get all the details on the condition of the car, have it set aside for me, get financing arranged, fly down, and pick it up to drive home, and she made sure things went smoothly. She even arranged for a Lyft driver to pick me up at the airport. Troy the finance guy was good about explaining all the available extras (warranty, etc.) that were available, without pressuring me into them. This was the most fun I've ever had buying a car.

I found Towbin Motorcars as a result of a breakdown in negotiations with another AM dealer, including their general manager telling me he did not need my business, on an AM inventory product local to me in Florida. Reminded that there was an AM dealer in Las Vegas, I took a shot...My recent exemplary experience was a direct result of two individuals: Bee Xiong in sales and Elizabeth Baker in finance. Over the course of two weeks and my two round trips from Florida to Las Vegas, these two professionals supervised, coordinated, and executed over every necessary detail, in my best interest, in order to "hand deliver to me" a vehicle I will for sure will enjoy. Bee Xiong was extremely helpful. I bought this car from Arizona sight unseen, and he made sure to be present for all the pictures and questions I had. He also help quite a bit with the documentation needs and the sale process was painless. When I came to pick up the car, the car was in perfect condition and Bee also helped me you have the window tinted by driving the car back and from the tint shop in Las Vegas prior to me picking up the car. Amazing service.
