Could not have scripted a better experience and outcome.Had been looking for a Rolls Royce Dawn for almost a year to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Had trouble finding exactly what I was looking for (color, miles, price, etc.), and when I did, I got jerked around by unscrupulous types who could not keep their word.I was starting to think it wasn't going to happen for us come December.Then, the perfect car fell into our laps when I stumbled across it on the Towbin Motorcars website. It was just dumb luck on my part since I had been trying to stay local.I've purchased a number of cars from out of state, but its never a completely comfortable experience.I needn't have worried from the very moment Cookie Ackley picked up the phone to take my call.We agreed to terms quickly and she took me at my word that I would fly out and purchase the car.My wife and I flew out to Vegas on 12/19 to look at the car and exchange financial pleasantries.The car was better than Cookie described and to say my wife was thrilled is an understatement.We flew home that same day.Then the Christmas miracle happened.Cookie went above and beyond to make the shipping arrangements, and the car was at my front door in Texas the following Monday, 12/22.I will never forget the kindness and extra effort Cookie afforded us during this process and should the good fortune arise that we can acquire another Rolls Royce, there is only one phone call to make. Great customer service with an easy purchasing experience equals a true five star rating for Linda Kim and Towbin Motorcars. I’ve been shopping for a Porsche for a while and came across Towbins ad for a Porsche Macan. Sent an email to inquire about the vehicle and started communicating with Linda. She was very helpful and went out of her way to answer all my questions. Went in for a test drive and started negotiated on a price. Negotiations consisted of a couple emails and done. Went in with a check and drove out with my new vehicle. Overall very happy with my buying experience.,

Had a great experience with our salesman Kevin. He was friendly and very helpful. We flew in from Texas and Kevin made sure to get us to the dealership to finish getting the car. His manager Stephanie was helpful with any questions or concerns we had. It was a pleasure working with Paige the finance manager to finish all the paperwork and get the car. Would not hesitate to buy another car from them in the future. Only problem and it was a small one was the finance company that we got the loan was a little different in their process than we are accustomed to.
